Delivered factory assembled or knocked down for assembly onsite. Fiberglass frames are solid 1/4" thick FRP profiles, pultruded to exact dimensions. The non-corrosive polymer in most cases exceeds the strength of steel. Dimensionally equivalent to hollow metal frames, our pultruded FRP frames use comparable installation methods. Prepared for standard door hardware, all frames are available for existing wall anchor, T-anchor, or drywall shipped in either chemically-welded or knock-down form. We offer 2 standard frame depths -- 5.75" and 7.75" -- and also a Factory Adjustable frame system that expands from 4.5" to 12" depth. FRP Frames install the same as steel frames.
